Professional liars and scam artists I took my Chrysler 300 in for a key fob not working, after I had the their parts people tell me it wasn’t picking up a signal and not to replace the b I took my Chrysler 300 in for a key fob not working, after I had the their parts people tell me it wasn’t picking up a signal and not to replace the battery because something was wrong with it. After waiting all day for them to diagnose a non working key fob and reprogram me a new one, I went to pick up my vehicle and was told I had been given a new fob covered under warranty. As the service advisor was going over what was done I noticed the key fobs on her desk and asked which one was the new one because they both looked like the ones I brought in. After lying to my face several times and several trips to the back to make it look like an attempt to care that they tried scamming Chrysler Canada out of a new fob that they claimed I got and got paid for I left with the same 2 fobs I had brought in. Much to my surprise (not really) when I went to use my new fob the next day it didn’t work, when I left a message and a review about the xxxxty service I got a call from someone claiming to be the manager and that if I came back they would give me 2 new fobs and program them right away so I didn’t have to wait. One week later I returned ( because I work for a living) to get my new fobs and another service advisor tried to book my vehicle in and then tried to bill the fobs under warranty. When I asked to speak to the service manager about what was going on I was given attitude, the service advisor even slammed his clipboard down on his desk. The service manager is cocky and rude and says what you want to hear just so it looks like he fixed the problem. If you don’t mind liars go ahead and use this dealership. In my own personal view this is the dump of Dodge dealerships in Edmonton. Consumers beware. More

His transmission is now leaking and hes lost 2 different gears when he got it back (no issue before). Honestly Londonderry Dodge, Id be happy if you came through and said your service department is on crack. That sounds better then just claiming they are idiots. More
Inexperienced service department with no management Brought my truck in for a no start, service started diagnosing the truck and spent an hour thinking it was a diesel vehicle when it was a gas vehicle. Brought my truck in for a no start, service started diagnosing the truck and spent an hour thinking it was a diesel vehicle when it was a gas vehicle. Then made false claims of catalytic converters being removed when they are indeed still in place. Ended up programming my pcm for a no start and ended up destroying my transmission, said warranty will cover the transmission and then the same day told me my truck was finished. Picked up my truck to find tranmssion fluid leaking all over my driveway and bolts missing out of my oil pan, truck no longer has 5th or 6th gear. Dealership claims it came in like that which I had no transmission issues prior. Both general manager and service manager have no management or people skills. Change their stories like Alberta does with it’s weather. If you want to leave with more issues then you came in with then this is the dealer for you. More

It was not as straight forward as it may sound as the trade in involved finding a new back seat for the 2016 (original one was previously sold), a deal for new tires needed to be made as the upgraded ones we purchased for the 2016 wouldn’t fit on the JL. However, they worked with us to make sure that we were completely happy with our purchase! Would definitely recommend Londonderry if you’re in the market for a new or used Jeep! Rafid was our sales guy; was great to work with, listened to what we wanted, and worked with us to make it happen! Thanks again for all your efforts! Berley More
Will never go back to this dealership!!!! Traded my car, left a cigarette vap i had just purchased and couple other things in it, I asked the manager about it and nothing was done! I didn't get anything back! 😡 Obviously they have detailers to clean car out so someone pocketed the vap and other things. Everyone was nice until I signed papers then of coarse all turned to "xxxxx". The sales guy, finance guy and manager all said things like you get cash back which was a lie, manager said you wont have to pay 1st payment for a month to 3 months which was a lie, so yeah their a bunch of xx-ers!! They'll say anything until you sign the papers then they don't give a xxxx! Oh yeah and the finance guy "gesus" he is rude! He rushes you and tries to get you out of his office ASAP. All young guys working there now, I got my first car from there and it was older guys, thats why I went back but I will not go back there again, I'll take my buisness else where!! More

Opportunities to improve (my personal view): - explain better about the $500 deposit - better checks on documentation presented to customer (pricing history was a wrong list initially, CarProof report not to be rushed and must be left with the customer (I did not get a copy), same with inspection list (I did not get a copy). Possibly the agent or manager go over all documents to be given to customer (a checklist is useful) - business cards should be a must from all dealer staff involved More
