Now, I made an inquiry, I received information, follow ups from sales. Worked out a deal on my 2022 trade. And signed the documents. Next day, I receive a call, they wish to talk about financing? Hmmm, we have financed my current truck with Ford credit and 5 previous. Never a late payment, never a missed payment. I get the call, I return the call. I call back a second time and send 2 emails. No reply. I’m wondering what is the issue. It’s frustrating to not get the information. When you think you have a deal. Although, I declined all the extras they were selling. So I thought it best to simply cancel this deal. They seem very busy and I thought each deal was important. I remember when you made a deal, shock hands and signed and it was a deal. Now days, I guess not. Dealer reserves the right to change the deal or modify it or do whatever. I don’t know because I did not wait around to find out. I’m disappointed and I did not expect this to happen. Pros and cons to ever dealership and situation. I wish LH nothing but, the best. They just won’t be getting my business. More

The vehicle has already had transmission problems twice and a steering assist fault until October 2024, and the mileage just hit 89700KM. The second transmission problem and the steering fault happened within two weeks in October. The repair was costly, and the experience was bad due to their unprofessional admin progress, overcharging, and carelessness. The manager’s arrogance, judgemental attitude and irresponsible communication made it even worse. More
