I had my 2021 lexus is 300 f sport towed to lakeridge of Lexus after I hit rock on the 401. I was told I needed a new muffler pipe and a new oil pan for the transmission for a total cost of just over 6000 Lexus after I hit rock on the 401. Back in April when I put my summer tires on I noticed transmission fluid on the ground so I brought my vehicle back to Lexus of lakeridge. At this time they told me that the transmission is Cracked and that the technician had missed it back in January. Here is where the fun starts with Lexus of lakeridge. I ordered a new transmission in April and to this day noone can tell me when it will arrive. My last call this morning I was told mid August however I was told mid July back in June. The service manager states to me that it is ordered and I don't know what else I can say other than sorry. I have called Lexus of Canada where I was told it's a parts department issue and they could not help me. I have loved driving my Lexus over the last 4 years. This being said I fear my car will not be fixed and will not buy another Lexus product. I also cannot recommend you buying a vehicle from Lexus of lakeridge. More

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do NOT Trust This Dealership! As a single mother of two, one disabled, I spent my last $4,000 on a "new family vehicle" from this dealership, only to be handed a disaster. I was sold a car listed as a Lexus, but it turned out to be from Village Chrysler. Almost immediately, I had issues: bald tires, no windshield wipers, sluggish acceleration, and grinding brakes. They did nothing but replace a wiper and tell me the rest was fine. Months later, I found oil leaking, a poisonous smell inside, and continued sluggish performance. Despite a 2-year warranty, they told me the repairs were too expensive and suggested I replace the car—at my expense. After months of calls ignored, I was offered a pathetic selection of cars and pushed to resell my vehicle at auction. This dealership doesn’t care about its customers. Stay far away if you value your time, money, or safety. More
My girlfriend, and partner at work, had a stroke in Jan 2020. For 16 months she has worked tirelessly through pain and rehabilitation to get back to as close to normal as possible. She had a 43rd birthday in June and I wanted to find a good used Toyota Rav 4, one she’s always wanted. Well I found one at Lexus of Lakeridge. We bought it sight unseen, except for photos, but we felt confident that our salesman Kevin G. would be 100%. We had the vehicle shipped from Ontario to Quebec via Livingston Transport who matched a competitors price. They were exceptional. It arrived June 17th and not a scratch on it. Needless to say Michelle is “beside herself” with joy but no one is more deserving. I can say from seeing her hooked on machines in the ICU to seeing her expression when I drove it up her driveway, that she gave me a happiness and a pleasure I have never felt. Thank you Kevin for your honesty, your assistance every step of the way and for delivering on all of your promises. I will gladly refer business in your direction. God bless. More
As a result of an atrocious purchasing experience at a Lexus dealership in Toronto, I decided to drive the 40 minutes and almost 40 kilometres to Lexus of Lakeridge as a result of a recommendation. Wow, Lexus dealership in Toronto, I decided to drive the 40 minutes and almost 40 kilometres to Lexus of Lakeridge as a result of a recommendation. Wow, what a wonderful experience at my first 1600km free service appointment. From the moment I drove into the bay and greeted by the staff in the service bay area, to the service advisor Kevin Deokinanan, their kindness, ability to listen and appreciation of the customer’s choice to come to their dealership is very evident. I then met Kason Briggs, Assistant Service Manager and Paul Mirabella, Service Manager whom I knew years earlier from Scarborough Toyota. I had no idea where they had gone to and having them in charge of the service department at Lexus of Lakeridge, I knew this would now be my go to dealership. Kason and Paul had always been so kind, professional, knowledgeable with integrity in their dealings with me and today was no different. More
