Lexus of Calgary

We are writing this review so that customer are not mislead. Mr Andrew Cho in Finance department are selling mechanical breakdown insurance which is not useful . We were told, we will get some part of mislead. Mr Andrew Cho in Finance department are selling mechanical breakdown insurance which is not useful . We were told, we will get some part of our money back once certain period is over or car is reached upto certain KMs. Our car KM has expired we called for refund we got know that there is no refund. The policy which they sold us that doesn't even have Mechanical breakdown insurance not even we can get our refund. When we were talking to same person in Finance he was laughing at us. All we are saying is that go if you want to buy car from there ,don't get into any upsell or any kind of after market insurance as we lost our 3200$ for nothing and we dont even have coverage. Yes it sounds stupid thats how we were mislead. More
