Lexus of Calgary

Worest Ever. I lived in several countries and dealt with so many dealerships for different car makers but never seen such a lousy dealership. Dealership does not honor the warranty unless you buy your Lexus car from them (that is what they said, very possibly another lie). The Dealer has one shuttle for all the city of Calgary, so, their shuttle does not go to every quadruple of the city. Lexus of Calgary don't even care to wash the car even if it remains there for several days. Lexus of Calgary has very poor workmanship, they claim they fix the car while they don't. They had my car for a recall after they claimed it's done I went there, drove my car and car stalled midway to my home. They are not friendly and when you go to pick your car you can not find someone to talk to. You can not talk on the phone with either their service manager (Al Ratani) or other technicians. Generally speaking, Lexus Canada is the worst and I don't advice anyone to buy a Lexus car at all. More
