In the past I have had an excellent experience with Lexus however my latest experience was completely obissmal. Firstly the service representative completely misrepresented the cost of the service by $300 wi however my latest experience was completely obissmal. Firstly the service representative completely misrepresented the cost of the service by $300 with no warning. Secondly I was to have VIP service and they did not return my car after work. They were then to call an Uber that was a further 30 minutes making me miss an evening class and not being able to make family commitments.
