Above all, it is honest and fair. We have bought two cars from this dealership over the years and just recently dealt with them over the third. Each time, we have been very impressed. There was never pressure to buy or to get extras we didn’t need. Instead, we have been presented with the information we needed to make the best decision for us in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Our last experience has been no different. We decided to trade-in our Passat TDI and get our dream car (ok, this is my dream car to be honest) - a Touareg TDI. Once again, Lethbridge VW went above and beyond to make a deal that we could afford and also be very happy with. Todd Brown, the general manager even made a house call in Calgary to let us demo a vehicle! Unfortunately, on the very day we were supposed to do the deal, the stop-sale was put on the Touareg! Obviously, this was for reasons that were beyond their control. VW Lethbridge has managed this frustrating situation with aplomb. Todd has worked hard to give us the most up-to-date information in an honest and transparent way. This level of commitment to customer service, combined with the fact that they sell great cars, has certainly convinced us to stay with Volkswagen despite the current emissions issue. More

In fact purchased this Jetta in the midst of all the publicity as of late. The Jetta has not disappointed! Comfort was an issue when test driving other models at other dealerships throughout the city and the Jetta won out on comfort alone! More

Watch out if going for an oil change. Will tell you that you need to have power steering fluid and possibly add some other work like an emergency brake replacement. All this for only $650.00! When I arrived at the dealer i noticed some minor body damage on the car that was not disclosed by the dealer and within 10 minutes I had finnished talking to the sales manager and they had offered to repair the damage at their cost up in calgary at a dealer of my choosing. When i noticed back in calgary that my manual had come in the wrong language Chad didnt hestitate to order me a BRAND NEW manual at their cost ($100 value) shipping it to my home address so i didnt have to make another trip down to lethbridge. I am so impressed with this service that I would even consider dirving down to lethbridge in the future to make my next VW purchase, a 3 hour drive... More
