I was very pleased to deal with Archie again on a new Rav4. He is both personable and straight forward, which I appreciate! Our dealing with Lethbridge Toyota was fantastic. One phone call to Reid had us booked for a Saturday test drive. Our experience on that Saturday was very personal. In tow with us was a very active 2 year old who was given the opportunity to test drive his own truck in the show room as well as play with toys while we were waiting. Archie White was a big help as we talked on the phone at least 6 times that Saturday in chosing colors, warranty packages and financing choices. It was neat to see how Archie and Reid worked together even though they work in different areas (new & used). Due to previous experience, dealing with Rhahim was uncomfortable but Reid and Archie made it manageable. We would definately reccomend Lethbridge Toyota to others who are looking to purchase a new/used vehicle and to deal directly with Reid and/Archie More
We were looking for a used car and didn't know where to start. Fortunately, we met Maggie, who, patiently, spent a couple of hours on Saturday afternoon explaining and answering all of our questions. Yes, had a few items that needed to be worked on spoke to him about items Are you comfortable with all the options on your vehicle? I wish it would have been 4 wheel drive, advisor did not make it clear And most importantly, do you have any suggestions on how we might have made this experience even more enjoyable? I think the advisor should go through vehicle and educate on options before the deal is closed The dealership used information from old records that were not up to date and felt my privacy was breached by the dealership as a result. My experience was okay, there is room for improvement. More

The dealership would not honor their sale price, a difference of $500, which I believed was a reasonable request. The vehicle was a Toyota Certified. Not worth the extra money. Wipers needed to be replaced. Windshield will need to be replaced. There was a distinct rattle in the front end. Took the vehicle to another Toyota dealership. They were shocked at what needed to be done for a Toyota Certified vehicle. More
