My interaction with this dealership was over about a two day period. A friend suggested it to me and I had started by talking to Brittanie about a GMC Sierra. During this time I was also looking at other de day period. A friend suggested it to me and I had started by talking to Brittanie about a GMC Sierra. During this time I was also looking at other dealerships when I found a similar truck with a better price. I had informed Brittanie of this truck and her reply shocked me! I was expecting the “good luck have fun” or ghosting response, however, Brittanie did not do this. She instead replied ok if you need any help, advice, or car-fax on it let me know! I was astonished! But also I didn’t believe the statement…I thought maybe it was just a kind word as not to leave the interaction on a bad note. So I tested this…when I went to the other dealership I messaged Brittanie who did exactly what she said, she immediately responded and advised me of things I should look for which lead to discovering a leak in the roof of the cab of this other truck, she also screen shotted and sent me the car-fax report of the other vehicle! Clearly I was purchasing that vehicle but was upset because I was set on a GMC Sierra… I called Brittanie back and she was able to find a Ford F-150 in the same price range and I showed up to Lenoir City Ford skeptical still…but after testing riding with Brittanie and her explaining all of the fine details and features of this truck I was sold! And a week later I can say I’m quite happy with my purchase. Thanks a lot Brittanie!! More

We ended up buying and they stayed 2 hours after close to finish the deal. Even filled up our gas tank before we headed home. Would 10 out of 10 recommend. Zach Childress, only 30 days on the job. Nice young man. Per his own admission, he’s still learning the paperwork. But everyone on the floor was helpful and would come over and check on him. EVERYONE we met was geniunely kind and made the experience a great one. Not one pushy salesman with a mouth full of lies in the bunch. I appreciate that! More
