TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! !! Drove all the way from 3 hours away to buy a new truck, always heard good things about Laura Chevrolet. No one greeted me, which I was okay with, !! No one greeted me, which I was okay with, but then after I found someone to work with, salesmen told me they were closing at 5:00 and couldnt work late to close the deal. So I wasted a saturday driving all the way there, all for nothing except a lost customer and a few others that suggested them. I called the next monday to talk to the sales manager, he then turned me over to another salesmen.....who obviously didnt want to work with me either, was in no way willing to work a deal. Never got a returned call, text or message. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE and suggest you dont either. I did, however, enjoy the peaceful hour without an annoying salesmen while I looked around. The Laura Dodge salesmen next door was sure willing to help me out though, unfortanately for him, Laura Chevrolet ruined it for him too. More

The work was fine, but I had to call 7 times to get in touch with them to inquire as to when my service would be completed. Then found a few days later that my debit card had been charged twice. These guys are liars. First they low-ball my trade, tell me they'll have to send it to wholesale and wouldn't be able to sell it on their lot. Next thing I see is my car listed on their site, fully priced. That isn't the worst part. A week after driving the vehicle I purchased, one of the tires runs flat while I'm on the interstate. Thinking I ran over a nail I take it to a shop to get the tire repaired only to find out the tire had been patched but was not sealed and was leaking air. I had to spend $300 and my Saturday morning to get the tire replaced. I called and left several messages with the Manager and never got a call back. Each time I call they tell me "he isn't here / can't find him". Never going back there again. More
