Service department is incompetent and unprofessional. Have been advised on more then one occassion, the "head mechanic" looked at my car. Yesterday i left and the check engine light was on and my AC problem was not fixed. They have no integrity and think their customers are stupid. Mark the head of operations is the worst. he acts stressed and overworked and inconvenienced by his customers. He also tries to pull fast ones on you and say things like the reason my car is pulling to the left is BECAUSE THE ROADS ARE UNEVEN. the worst experience i have ever had on multiple occasions. super shady service guys who i dont think have any qualifications.
