I purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos from Kia 417, and Manjeet was the salesperson. He was very professional and cooperative throughout the buying process. However, about a year after the purchase, I started e was the salesperson. He was very professional and cooperative throughout the buying process. However, about a year after the purchase, I started experiencing a strange issue with the vehicle. While stopped at a red light, the car suddenly shut down and several sensor warnings appeared on the dashboard. Once I restarted the car, the warnings disappeared completely. I called Manjeet at the time, and he advised me to bring the car in if the issue happened again. Recently, over the past two weeks, the same issue has occurred twice. I took a photo of the warnings and brought the car to your service department. I was told that the car is no longer under warranty, even though I had already reported the issue in the past. I was charged over $200 for a diagnostic, only to be told that no problems were found. Yet, just two days ago, the same issue happened again and, once more, disappeared after restarting the vehicle. Conclusion: I am very disappointed—not only with the reliability of this car, but especially with the after-sales service I’ve received. I would not recommend this vehicle, and I strongly suggest considering another dealership that offers more professional and attentive support. More

Experience felt very pushy. Finance manager kept pushing extended warranty after me declining multiple times and wasn’t properly explaining coverage or how to use it. I should have done more research as I bought a slightly used vehicle for only $400 less than a brand new one of the exact model which would have given me a lower interest rate. Vehicle also came with scratches that were not addressed. Lastly, we agreed upon an interest rate of 6.95% (crazy) and when I went to pick up the car the interest rate was now 6.99%. Will not be going back to this dealership for future purchases, felt very used as I was in a rush to get a new car after an accident. More
