On the day of delivery, we acknowledged your concerns and took several steps to address them—including a re-clean of the vehicle, a complimentary seasonal clean-up, and a free oil change. The vehicle had minor salt stains, which we were prepared to correct promptly. Despite these efforts, we unfortunately weren’t able to reach a mutual resolution. As a goodwill gesture, we cancelled the purchase at no cost to you, even though the vehicle had already been fully safetied and prepared for delivery. We’re confident in how the situation was handled and remain committed to providing a professional experience for all of our customers. We’ve also shared your feedback with our service team as part of our ongoing efforts to improve and ensure a consistently professional experience for every customer.

We’re glad to hear your initial experience with Manjeet was a positive one—he always strives to provide a professional and supportive purchase experience. We understand how concerning it can be to experience an issue intermittently. Unfortunately, in situations like this, our technicians must be able to replicate the issue while the vehicle is at the dealership in order to properly diagnose it. If the concern is not present at the time of inspection and there are no active or stored trouble codes in the system, there’s no diagnostic evidence to guide repairs. As the factory warranty has expired and no extended coverage was selected at the time of purchase, diagnostic fees would apply for inspections performed outside of the coverage period. Should the issue continue or evolve further, we’d be happy to take another look and work with you on the next steps.
