We understand how concerning it can be to experience an issue intermittently. Unfortunately, in situations like this, our technicians must be able to replicate the issue while the vehicle is at the dealership in order to properly diagnose it. If the concern is not present at the time of inspection and there are no active or stored trouble codes in the system, there’s no diagnostic evidence to guide repairs. As the factory warranty has expired and no extended coverage was selected at the time of purchase, diagnostic fees would apply for inspections performed outside of the coverage period. Should the issue continue or evolve further, we’d be happy to take another look and work with you on the next steps.

Your a xxxxing joke those repairs were needed before I bought the car your dealership is shady as xxxx, I have all the receipts when I bought the car don't sell vehicles your trash dealership mechanics don't know xxxx about.
