I bought a new 2018 top of the line fully loaded x-5m in 2019. It was a goal come true. It has 45500 km now. Unfortunately my service done at this dealership was below average during warranty. Once off warranty it was pathetic, I have water leaking into suv from a door. They wanted to bill me to apply for bmw to warranty common Bmw issue. No one in service wanted to help. There is a 12 year rust/corrosion Bmw warranty and I can see corrosion. It’s soured my Bmw ownership and I question ever buying another Bmw vehicle or motorcycle. Will see what Bmw Canada will do? Will not be back. Very disappointing, cannot recommend. More
