Without you we would not be in business. We are up to date on recalls and warranty issues and deal with them promptly as they arise. Warranty and recall issues are intiated by Mazda Canada, and dealt with by us on their behalf. We are happy to deal with these because it allows us to maintain relationships with our valued customers. If there was a recall on this assembly, we would have been happy to fix it for you. Thank you for your review. We take these issues very seriously and I apologise if you felt that we are not taking recalls seriously. We deal with warranty and recall issues on a daily basis. They are initiated by Mazda Canada and dealt with by us. We are more than happy to deal with a recall or warranty issue as Mazda Canada is the one that bears the cost of it, not our dealership. It is actually beneficial for us to deal with these matters on their behalf. If there was in fact 2 recalls on this vehicle when you contacted our dealership, we would have been aware of them by inputting your Vehicle Identification Number. I apologise if perhaps the number wasnt received correctly by our staff and that led to a mix up. We hope that you will give us a future opportunity to serve you. Thank You
