Unprofessional When I first arrived I heard a service advisor talking to another employee about a previous customer in a negative fashion. Later I noticed that another employee was tossing packs of paperwork onto a desk where no service advisor was stationed. The paperwork was literally flung through the air and landed in a heap with the other previously thrown packs. When I saw my car was parked along the side of the building I wondered if my paperwork was in that ever growing stack. Sure enough I had to ask to be checked-out as everyone but one person was on lunch. I could have sat there for an extra 30 minutes waiting for someone to actually look in the disorganized pile of paperwork. The behavior I saw was highly unprofessional and I wonder about the leadership, or lack of, that the service department has. In fairness, the work I requested was done well and in the time stated.
