Came in for a recall on my backup camera on my 2020 Explorer Platinum. They found the battery would not maintain a 70% charge to perform the necessary operations. Replaced the battery and completed the Explorer Platinum. They found the battery would not maintain a 70% charge to perform the necessary operations. Tried to utilize the mobile recall method however, the original battery would not maintain the 70% power to accommodate the reboot of the system after the new backup camera was installed. i went to Joe Myers Ford to have a few after market accessories installed. I called ahead to verify part availability and schedule an appointment. (several others herd this conversation, phone on loud speaker) I had the understanding that all the parts would be available by Wednesday by 11:00am. I'm on vacation from NH, and I had to come in to find that not all parts weren't available. Personally, I can think of better ways that I can spend my time then spending two days trying to have a few parts installed on my truck. No one had the foresight to called Me. As I told the service tech, I want to cancel my appointment. This has been a total disappointing experience. I wasn't impressed and it makes me wonder about them as a whole. I call their management left a VM asking them to call me back. Did they? .... you're right!!! More
