Went into Jim Wilson because I wanted to see if I could get into a newer vehicle. I was looking for a used vehicle but ended up getting into a new vehicle (never had one before). Paul Gravelle and Ashley Wilson were great to deal with. They were discreet and extremely professional. Fabulous service!! This is my second car from this dealership and I would deal with them in the future and would recommend them to others. Again, Paul and Ashley were great.

I went in based on an ad I received in the mail for 2012 Sierras. I went in and dealt with James, took a test drive and got a fair price. I went home to think about it over the weekend and ended up going back on Monday to purchase the truck, they threw a tonneau cover into the deal which was great! Dealing with James, Ashley and Heather was a pleasure, I would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitating!

The people at jim wilson were very helpful and had open hands to get thing done the way i want at the price i could handle at this time they didnt give up on getting thing solved when problems came up also had lots of ranges of prices and makes and colours to choose from old and new abut i had my mind set on one car olny and they made it work thanks so much for your help and will send people there way as they made my day with a smile.

My Review of Jim Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc.:
Stopped at Jim Wilson's dealership only because we had a few hours to kill. We were interested in trading our 2010 GMC Sierra in on a new 2012 GMC Sierra. Looked around the lot and couldn't believe the amount of pick up trucks. Found something we liked and went inside. Receptionist was very friendly and asked if we wanted to see a Sales Representative. She paged and we were introduced to Bernie. From the start Bernie was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with us until a deal was finally made about 4 hrs later lol. He introduced us to Heather who we thought was awesome, very friendly, and explained everything we needed to know. From what we saw that day, everyone at this Dealership got along great and seemed to like their jobs. It was a comfortable atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome. Bernie did a great job making sure that our new Pickup was ready 48 hrs later when we were passing thru orilla on our way back home to Niagara. We had to pick our Daughter up from Nipissing University and our old truck was packed to the rafters. Poor bernie even helped unload and load our new Sierra up. He was great from start to finish. That afternoon Ashleigh helped us complete our transaction and was also great to deal with. You have a great bunch of employees here. As well the next time we are ready to purchase our next new GM we will defiently drive the 3hours to this dealership to hopefully deal with Bernie/Heather and Ashleigh again.
Great job guys we have no complaints.

My Review of Jim Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc.:
My husband and I had dealt with Jim Wilson Chevrolet since we moved to Orillia 12 years ago.
My husband passed away April 2009 and I was left with a Buick Rendevous (lease). I chose to buy the SUV and dear Ashleigh led me through each step of the way, I really don't know what I would have done without her!

Recently, I decided the SUV was too much for me to handle, sooo back to Jim Wilson and dear Ashleigh - and another bonus - her brother James!!
I am now leasing a Cruze which I absolutely love! They were so kind and generous with their time - explaining the lease etc and James explaining the various "gadgets" and running of my Cruze.
This wonderful company is like family to me - certainly I highly recommend the company and the staff, ever pleasant and always helpful and caring. Today I received a phone call from James Wilson checking to see how I was doing with my Cruze - what more could one want - it is what I call V.I.P. service!

My Review of Jim Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc.:
This is the 4th vehicle either leased or purchased at Jim Wilson's from Rob Gravelle in the last 12 years. With the lease coming due soon I met with Rob to discuss getting a new one. Rob is exceptionally knowledgeable and very patient. He has a very calm and understanding manner and took the time to ensure that the new vehicle would have the features that I had been accustomed to (like sunroof & built in GPS)as well as some new ones. He was very patient explaining everything upon delivery and answered all my questions.
Rob is an excellent sales person, very professional and truly a great asset to this dealership.
