my experiance at janex Auto am looking at a second car and previously bought a great honda from them and had a great experience im surprised at what i see here and found this sit am looking at a second car and previously bought a great honda from them and had a great experience im surprised at what i see here and found this site by accident when i was searching for Janex website did you actually buy a car from there ? there was a finance doc fee from the finance company not from them as my credit wasn't so great they helped me get established again seems sad that if you didn't buy a car from them to be saying such damaging things I had a small problem with my last car and they dealt with it straight away ! im going back to buy my wife's new car there and expect the same good service im surprised what i see here ! He forgot to give us our ownership upon purchase and then blamed us 3. Issues with providing a second fob. We were told that there would be two. At delivery there was one. Sales person said he would get one for us. Your company eventually paid for one, but it wasn't programmable (we had to pay a deal ship for that) 4. When signing papers, sales person all of a sudden had an appointment and needed to leave very shorty (I believe that was his attempt to rush us in signings the papers) Major issues: 1. Sales person told us we had to purchase the gap insurance to obtain a loan. When questioning him about taking it off, he said it wasn't an option. We cancelled this insurance after purchase. 2. When I asked him what something was in the sign off papers, he lied and told me it was the safety - it was actually the box to show that he provided us with a car fax report. He didn't provide us with this until after the purchase (when we demanded it). The truck was in a accident and we were told it was not. 3. Included things in the sales price that we were not aware off (anti theft crap) 4. When we came in after the purchase to complain - your sales person filed a police report against my husband. More
