It was my first time visiting Jack Carter for an oil change with our new vehicle. I received a text message asking me to click a link to notify the service advisor upon arrival, but when I arrived aroun change with our new vehicle. Since there were no clear instructions in the text and no reply when I confirmed my arrival, I wasn’t sure if I needed to drive inside as well. I eventually entered after seeing other cars go in. Overall, the service itself was good. They offered me a ride home, but I chose to wait at the dealership and the oil change was completed in about an hour, and I was notified by text when the car was ready. I just hope that future text updates provide clearer instructions on where to go upon arrival to avoid any confusion or assumptions. More
