I dropped it off, was given a ride to work and got a call a few hours later stating: It's all good and ready to go. The shuttle driver was on a trip to Ladysmith when Dean called me, so he actually offered to run down and pick me up himself....... What Service !! I was fine waiting and it worked out perfectly for timing when Al came to pick me up. I highly recommend Dean and will only deal with him based on his wonderful yet professional attitude and service. I'm a Dean customer !!! More

Service Department I had a horrible experience last visit at this dealership with Willi. This visit he more than made up for it. He was pleasant (even with my snarky att I had a horrible experience last visit at this dealership with Willi. This visit he more than made up for it. He was pleasant (even with my snarky attitude due to my last experience) and got my vehicle in and out efficiently. Service also noticed I had a rats nest (gross) under my hood beside my engine! Thankfully they removed it for me and made sure no damage had been done to my vehicle. Craig and Willi also arranged for my mother in laws flat tire to be changed free of charge. I can definitely say this was one of the nicest visits I've had at this dealership. Keep up the good work guys! More

Waiting another 20 mins for it to be complete and then another 30 mins to be washed as I go to find my car to get in it it hasn't even been washed. This is a joke. More
