Shady, rude, non-transparent, unprofessional, overpriced. Hunt Club Nissan has the most shady, frustrating, non-transparent and archaic way of dealing with its customers. When I asked for a quote, the sales Hunt Club Nissan has the most shady, frustrating, non-transparent and archaic way of dealing with its customers. When I asked for a quote, the sales rep left his desk to see his manager only to come back later with two numbers : a handwritten final price and a biweekly payment on a piece of paper. Very shady and unprofessional. No breakdown of the cost, no itemized list of selling price, fees, options, taxes, discounts, etc... A customer is supposed to accept these two numbers, no questions asked ??!! Their final price was way more expensive than the MSRP I price built myself on the NIssan Canada's website. When I insisted on seeing the breakdown of the price, the sales rep seemed annoyed, asked for my credit card to prove that I was serious, and left his desk again to see the manager. He came back fifteen minutes later with a partial breakdown on a paper. I negotiated a discount and asked him to re-calculate the numbers, and in the most archaic way, he pulled out a hand calculator and even then, he messed up his math on paper. He left his desk again to "see his manager's software" and then came back with a final price and a biweekly payment. No breakdown of the price including the discount I had asked for ... How annoying and stupid is that? I could not check if my discount was included correctly and if his final number was correct. When I asked the rep what was the amount of the discount he had given me, he said he did not know. It was buried somewhere in the final number that "his manager" had given him. Again, how annoying, stupid and unprofessional is that? I walked away, seeing that the negotiation is obfuscated and going nowhere and frustratingly long due the "back-and-forth-to-the-manager". Other Nissan dealers and other brand dealers have a computer software for the sales reps to work at their desk on the dealership's standard price and numbers with the customers. The sales rep and the customer can work out and see various scenarios of the options, taxes, fees, down payment, and the software would automatically adjust and calculate the final price and monthly payment, without revealing the dealership's trade and profit "secrets" and the manager still has the final authority for approval. But at Hunt Club Nissan, no, they still live in the stone age, the rep goes back and forth to the "manager computer" to only come back with the final price and payment. So Hunt Club Nissan is crippling its sales reps and customers in the negotiation process. Hunt Club Nissan wants to pressure the customers to accept the manager's final number without revealing the basic details. Seeing that I walked away, the sales rep left to see the manager who had my credit card. The manager tried to block the door and pressured me into reconsidering the offer. I asked for my credit card back, and told him his way of dealing is frustating and shady. The manager got angry and told me to "NOT come back here again". In many years of being a consumer of ANY product, NEVER have I ever seen a manager losing his cool and insulting the customer like that. Of course, I did not come back. I went to Myers Nissan and bought my car there at a better deal with a transparent and pleasant negotiation process. Stay away from Hunt Club Nissan. Go to Myers. More
Disrespectful! My husband and I went into their showroom looking for a brand new Pathfinder and spoke with Imad the sales person. Imad was very nice and respectable My husband and I went into their showroom looking for a brand new Pathfinder and spoke with Imad the sales person. Imad was very nice and respectable towards us. We eventually went on to the Finance department to speak with Frank Abouchakra. We were told so many things that changed from day to day and we were so confused by what they were saying. The manager Sayyid and Frank were telling us two different things. Eventually we were fed up with them not being honest with us and we told them to cancel. Sayyid was being very disrespectful and rude with my husband on the phone when we were cancelling. They told us we were the worst customers of all time. I guess if you question what is on the contract they do not like that. They already had our ownership for our car we were going to trade in so my husband asked for it back but Frank INSISTED that he mail it out to us. We never received our ownership for our car and when we tried to call them about it nobody was available to speak with us all of a sudden! When my husband showed up at the dealership they said they just stepped out of the office. He eventually spoke with Frank and he did not want to talk to my husband saying "I don't have time for this". After a couple of weeks we received a ticket in the mail from Quebec for $450 for a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder with our Quebec plates on it. We did not buy the Pathfinder and our car is actually a 2003 Nissan Murano. Basically the guys at the dealership forgot to transfer our names back onto our Murano ownership! Now we have to go to court and prove that we do not have a 2015 Pathfinder and that our 2003 Murano is ours! I bought my Murano with them years ago and it was fine but this time it was a horrible experience. They threw our ownership out and never transferred us back on it. More
They do the impossible... with ease. I came to Hunt Club Nissan to get out of an over-leveraged vehicle with too many months left on it and too much month at the end of every gas tank. Sa I came to Hunt Club Nissan to get out of an over-leveraged vehicle with too many months left on it and too much month at the end of every gas tank. Sayid and his team got my total loan amount reduced SIGNIFICANTLY, shortened the term, reduced my monthly payments, gave me a comparable rate and got me into a car that drinks 1/4 of the gas that my Jeep loved so much. Service is top-notch: attentive, professional, accommodating and aggressive with the lenders on the customer's behalf. The car was used - certified pre-owned, in perfect condition, and delivered in two days. The whole team is to be commended for their work. More

Worst dealership in the city! I bought a car through this dealership three years ago and had a wonderful experience. The whole sales team was extremely accommodating and helpful s I bought a car through this dealership three years ago and had a wonderful experience. The whole sales team was extremely accommodating and helpful so when I had to buy another car I immediately went back. Unfortunately we quickly found out that all of the former employees were no longer there and we were introduced to another sales person. We immediately noticed that the dealership had changed from a nice relaxed atmosphere to one of pressure and intimidation. The Sales guys are very high pressure and when you start asking simple questions like "what is the price of the car" they become agitated rude. They try not to tell you the actual price of the car they just want to talk to you about monthly payments. I had to ask at least 10 times to see the price of the car as there aren't any sticker prices on the cars in the lot. It took three different people to actually get a deal singed, the sales guy, a manager and a finance guy. The initial sales guy didn't do much of anything at all and didn't know very much about the car. Then we got passed over to some other sales manager guy that went over the numbers and tried to add in all sorts of additional charges for paint and security etching which he said was mandatory (it is not). The paint on the particular car I chose is not an additional fee however he was saying it was. When we finally reached an agreement we were then passed over to the finance guy that tried to sell us extended warranty and a ridiculous rust inhibitor mechanism. When we refused any of these options he became short with us and that was when all the delays started happening. We had a very difficult time getting a hold of him and had to leave several messages. When he would finally return our calls he would do it at the end of the day so nothing could be resolved until the following day. Once he even instructed us to come down to sign some papers but when we arrived he had left for the day even though he stated he would be there all evening. We felt that he was purposely creating delays to get revenge on us for not agreeing to all of the additional options he tried to sell us. All of this nonsense has delayed delivery of the vehicle by two weeks which is ridiculous because the car was sitting right on their lot. I do not trust this dealership or any of its employees at all. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Their prices are at least $2,000 higher than any other dealership in the city. Avoid at all costs! More
Terrible experience, dishonest group of people A disappointing experience. Car salesman was a dishonest fast talker, distracted, and used every pressure tactic in the book to close the deal. The ma A disappointing experience. Car salesman was a dishonest fast talker, distracted, and used every pressure tactic in the book to close the deal. The manager who "approves" these deals was no better, and couldn't be bothered to come out of his office to meet with us. The entire experience from beginning to end was upsetting. More
