This place was great until it wasn't. Great French Vanilla machine, and complementary vacuuming of my car, however, I can do both of those myself. The car took two days to repair instead of one - they charged me for a car rental and only ended up paying for one day. They let me know while I was on my way to pick up the car that they would need another day. After several conversations about the car rental, I was told that only the General Manager could provide a store credit. On another visit, they gave my car back to me and parts fell out of the engine area as I drove away! The manifold cover ($208) wasn't fixed on properly, there was a socket wrench still inside the vehicle and the engine cover emblem ($27) was missing. More
