Much better than Miami Lakes Kia, who butchered my transmission. Hollywood Kia had to replace my transmission after what Miami Lakes Kia did. The only problem I had with Hollywood Kia is 1 servi transmission. Hollywood Kia had to replace my transmission after what Miami Lakes Kia did. The only problem I had with Hollywood Kia is 1 service advisor who didn’t clearly keep me up to date with a set back in their technician roster and it ended up ruining parts of my plans for having relied on his word and then being set back. Instead of hoping we become busy and not follow up, it’s common sense to tell customers about hiccups so we can plan accordingly, no? And then they become upset when you curse at them, having become livid, for not offering you the courtesy of proper communication. When you rely on people and they don’t keep their promises, that trust breaks. And without trust, what are we as a society? When the trust is broken, it is betrayal. That’s the upsetting part. And then they take offense when you are hurt because of the betrayal. Other than that…Hollywood Kia did a good job restoring my car. More

My Car Was Damaged. The Manager Tried To Say I Did The Damage And That I Was No Longer Welcome There& And Could Never Bring Ny Car There Again.
