I went in for an oil change, before paying i asked about tire tread & was told they were OK no replacement needed but they rotated the tires and did an oil change. Replaced the cabin filter as well. A week later low pressure light came on, took it to a reputable tire spot and they showed me no tread, cracks, dry rot on my tires. It didn't reflect the tires being rotated either. Called, asked for a manager, no one ever called back. Now my seat belt isn't working. Called, they said I would get a callback and even after telling the lady I never got a call from my previous message...STILL no call back. I will need to take time out of my day to actually visit the location in order to speak to a manager. So disappointed especially after using this location for 14 years and purchasing a total of 3 cars from there. Service has gone down significantly. More
