Worse Ford dealer that ever i visit, the service manager hold me for more then 6hrs for tyer service but can’t solve my problem and ask me to bring it tomorrow.Just wastage of my time . If he can’t fix it hold me for more then 6hrs for tyer service but can’t solve my problem and ask me to bring it tomorrow.Just wastage of my time . If he can’t fix it on that day why he said me to hold we will fix it afternoon. If he doesn’t have time need to tell we are busy But just waste my time . More

Windshield Replacement I recently needed to have my windshield replaced due to a large crack from a rock hitting it. When I contacted my sales person Shawn, he was eager to I recently needed to have my windshield replaced due to a large crack from a rock hitting it. When I contacted my sales person Shawn, he was eager to help immediately. I was very happy to hear that Hines Park would waive my deductible and get a loaner car while the work was being done. Tires are toast Bought new tires recommended by sales department. Recently took my car in for the works which I always do , I was very informed my tires are bald and Bought new tires recommended by sales department.
