She makes it look easy I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers. More

Friendly people but overall questionable experience I was looking to purchase a fairly cheap used car from Hines Park Ford so I went to have the car in question inspected by an independent mechanic. Th I was looking to purchase a fairly cheap used car from Hines Park Ford so I went to have the car in question inspected by an independent mechanic. The mechanic found the brakes needing to be replaced and estimated the cost at $500 (new pads and rotors). I took this information to Hines Park Ford to negotiate a price accordingly and was met with criticism. Bringing the integrity of the mechanic I had chosen (A very well respected one in my community) into question. After I explained that I had to go with my guy's word over theirs, they reconsidered and dropped the price, but decided to pass on the car due to the way in which this issue was addressed by them. I understand we were only arguing over a couple hundred dollars on a $10,000 car, but I truly felt it was done unprofessionally. More
