Overall a good experience. Our third purchase from Highbury Fred was very accommodating and provided us with the service we expected. We were not entirely happy with the way the Extended Warranty was explain Fred was very accommodating and provided us with the service we expected. We were not entirely happy with the way the Extended Warranty was explained. With a little over 40,000 KMs on the auto, buying a 100,000 extended warranty should extend the powertrain warranty to 140,000 KMs. But no, it expires at 100,000 KMs. The Ford warranty on the powertrain is 100,000 KMs. What powertrain extras did we purchase??
