The worst customer service and treatment ever!!! I had a very frustrating experience after I took my 2016 Lincoln MKX . It has been over a week since I wrote the management a detailed letter about my experience and no one has bothered to call me back or address my concern. I left a voice message on the Drive thrust Service Manager's voicemail over a week ago and there has been no response. What I went through was shocking and hope that the management of Highbury Ford will stop this from happening again. I don't want too post my 3 page letter outlining the fiasco at this time. I am with a large organization who gives this dealership a lot of business and ignoring a customer who has been put through unnecessary stress, loss and still not have the primary problem Not Resolved, is a very bad reflection. Horrible service I recieved and dishonest sales team. I would never trust this business again. I even wrote a review and had the GM respond back telling me to contact him. And he gave me no response back. I would never trust this business again. I even wrote a review and had the GM respond back telling me to contact him. And he gave me no response back. Now I own a car that they will not honor what they said they would. Very poor service across the board. If I ever do buy another Ford it will definitely never be from Highbury Ford. Once they have your money, they just blow you off. More

Poor customer service I booked an appointment for 7:00 to have my check engine light issue assessed and a recall fixed. The store opened 20 minutes late, with no explanati I booked an appointment for 7:00 to have my check engine light issue assessed and a recall fixed. The store opened 20 minutes late, with no explanation as to why. I asked for my car to be ready at 3:30. Having called at 1:00 to check on the progress they had not started the work. At 3:00 when I called back, they could not find person who had worked on it and had not resolved the issue. I ask if I could pick it up and continue the work then the issue was diagnosed. I ended up paying $137 for a diagnostic check that was inconclusive. They said I would need to pay for another diagnostic check if I came back again. They did not even swap the recalled part that it had been scheduled for. I will never return and will tell anyone I know to never go there. More
