I decided to also keep my 2015 Tundra as it is still in excellent condition with nothing other than routine maintenance after 9 years and 215,000 miles. I have not purchased a new Toyota since a 1978 Celica 5 speed that we immediately took cross country- an excellent car, but not built for the 5 mile back road we ended up on when we moved to Vermont in 198 speed that we immediately took cross country- an excellent car, but not built for the 5 mile back road we ended up on when we moved to Vermont in 1981. Many new cars later, I found myself being handed the keys to a brand new Corolla Hybrid AWD from Frankie Candido at Heritage Toyota. What a find! And I mean Frankie, not just the car. He seems to have that rare ability to quickly determine a customer’s needs, acting to decisively and fairly make a great deal. His easy communication and true knowledge of the cars made it actually enjoyable to make this purchase. I was looking for a quick buy and he made it all happen in a short time. I know he will also take the time and effort to make a more complicated search and purchase work with minimal stress for the customer. I contacted Heritage to ask for Frankie Candido, who was recommended to my by a friend. I had not bought a new Toyota since 1978, a Celica GT Liftback 5 speed that I took cross country, an excellent car. Fr recommended to my by a friend. I had not bought a new Toyota since 1978, a Celica GT Liftback 5 speed that I took cross country, an excellent car. Frankie found just the car I was looking for and made the whole deal effortless and smooth. He has a genuine Vermont honesty and forthrightness that cuts through all the anxiety and uncertainty a customer might have in buying a new car. He found the vehicle for me, set up a fair deal, and took tons of time to check me out on all the newer features that a modern car has. Sadly, we had to sell the Celica after moving to Vermont in 1981, living 5 miles up a back road, and 20 cars or so later, I went looking for a new compact hybrid. Frankie was easily the best salesperson I have dealt with in all those car purchases. Call him first before looking anywhere else for a Toyota, you will be impressed. More
