Mark provided fantastic service at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. We had routine maintenance work. He arranged for the cracked windshield to be replaced and synchronized the wipers, etc. Mark communicated Sharon. We had routine maintenance work. He arranged for the cracked windshield to be replaced and synchronized the wipers, etc. Mark communicated to us constantly throughout all the work. He even had the car cleaned making it look like a new car. We keep going back knowing Mark will guarantee excellent service! He also arranged for a loaner car. The very nice gentlemen delivered the loaner car and returned our car back too. We are extremely happy customers!!! More
