Melanie did a good job at the front desk . she was kind and helpful. I went in for an oil change in the tire rotation, but when I got my vehicle, the tires weren’t rotated, but I was charged. she was kind and helpful. She did apologize for the servicemen not rotate the tires except for two that were rotated she . The Serviceman did not Bring to her attention That the tires were Not fully rotated rotate the tires She did apologize for his actions and I told her it was not her fault but I was refund the 3995 besides she was very attentive at what she Does. She also Gave me the information of any other work I needed to do on my Vehicle. More

Service is always great at Herb Chambers of Seekonk. Tim Islip goes out of his way to make his customers satisfied and coming back. AAA+ for Tim. I have been with Herb Chambers since 1997 and year afte Tim Islip goes out of his way to make his customers satisfied and coming back. AAA+ for Tim. I have been with Herb Chambers since 1997 and year after year they continue to provide the best of the best service. I can trust them. Tim Islip is a wealth of knowledge and I usually try to make my appointments when Tim is on duty. Scott Britles is also very friendly and extremely helpful. Dealer completed my service in a reasonable amount of time. The service Rep was extremely courteous and explained to me what would be done on the car.
