They offered to take over my existing lease and gave me an incredible deal on a new lifted F150 FX4 with an extended warranty for a great price. Aaron and Jason in finance were quickly able to get me approved through Ford Credit for 0% financing and out the door with a work truck with the off road capabilities I need to tackle the job. Not "Fit" for their dealership told by OWNER!! The owner himself said we werent fit for their dealership and good luck complaining about it cause he is the highest up you can go to complain?!?!? r The owner himself said we werent fit for their dealership and good luck complaining about it cause he is the highest up you can go to complain?!?!? rear clutch diffs have been a problem starting at only 6,000kms and continued to need replacing every 15 to 20,000kms. Not even 600kms over warranty and having the rear diffs go again only after another 15,000 kms heartland ford refused to replace them... the service manager on the last repair said if it happens again to bring it back n they'd take care of it but blatantly lied cause they refused to fix thw reoccurring problem. Then the current service manager Cory Lepinsky sat there texting while i was discussing my concerns about this being the fifth time needing it fixed and couldn't understand why its not being covered like they previously said it would be. He had no answer and didnt seem to care as much as Kelly Oniel didnt seem to care if they had our business or not. If you want be called "bad people" or disrespected or have someone try to belittle you, well then look no further n deal with heartland ford out of Fort Saskatchewan. It seems the higher in the company you go up the less customer service you get. I do have to say though the gentlemen who answered the phone was very helpful and pleasant( he said it was only his 3rd week on the job) but at least he tried to help! I probably would have been more pleasant with these people if they would have been upfront n honest with us rather then the run around which happened! I can't even rate one star... But I'd rate minus 2 stars for this nightmare experience at HEARTLAND FORT out of Fort Saskatchewan!!! Ive never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner! For the OWNER of the company to not care if a customer leaves there dissatisfied is quite sad and to be spoken to the way he did was unprofessional and quite frankly disappointing. I heard poor refers about Heartland Ford but to exoerience it first hand was upsetting and unfortunate. To be told they didnt need or want our business was a shock to hear. You can't run a successful business without customers and I promise to make sure EVERYONE I know that drives fords or are upgrading their vehicles considering dealing with any other ford dealership. I wouldnt want anyone else to have to experience what we did. More
