I went in for a recent 9am appointment for an oil change and swap for my winter tires already on rims. It was a B1 maint. at apx 120,000km which would involve cleaning brakes checking and possibly replacing and swap for my winter tires already on rims. They estimated 3 to 4 hrs. I had forgotten that my house keys were on the ring with the car keys so I had a neighbour drive me back to the dealership. I arrived here at 10:30 to see that the car was still where I had parked it. Seeing that I decided to wait at the dealership while they serviced the car. I complained to the service mgr that they hadn't looked at the car after 1.5hrs. They took it in right away at that point. Shop rates there are $145/hr. They had the car done in 1.5hrs (not the 3 to 4 hrs I was told). The bill has a total labour cost of $323 which I calculate to 2.23hr. I was overcharged by 0.73hrs which with my math is $106 more than I should have been. The final bill was $560. This is not the first time I have had issues with this dealership but I suspect it will be the last. They tried in the past to over charge me and I had damage to a gps in the past as well. They did replace it. I don't plan on taking my 2019 Honda Fit there for service again. More

Service department was unable to honour the guarantee of the 3-4 hours I was told. I received poor customer service from the service manager. He told me that it’s not his problem I am without my vehicle for the 3-4 hours I was told. I received poor customer service from the service manager. November 20,2020...went to get battery and lights fixed and to restart my 2014 honda started as it was locked up. Was treated with respect and so happy everything was fixed. Best Experience In My 20 Years With Honda Clint at Hamburg Honda went above and beyond to help me. I had been experiencing an issue with my Honda that started late February. Due to Covid and p Clint at Hamburg Honda went above and beyond to help me. I had been experiencing an issue with my Honda that started late February. Due to Covid and personal health issues, I had been putting it off, but it was clear that my car was now unsafe. Clint assured me that they would take care of me. Met me outside to do the paperwork, guaranteed that only the tech (who was amazing and found my issue right away!) would be in my car and provided me a loaner car that hadn’t been touched for a week. Hamburg Honda really went that extra mile to protect my safety and make me feel valued as a customer. Very grateful. More
