More

In summary, if you're looking to negotiate, don't even bother coming here. The dealers mentioned above won't tell you the truth and will try to convince you red book value is the value a consumer should b bother coming here. The dealers mentioned above won't tell you the truth and will try to convince you red book value is the value a consumer should be paying (which of course isn't true, the red book value is the value the government will tax you car, doesn't mean that a consumer must pay that price.) Customer service for Nicolas was okay, because I'm not sure if he even tried, I was in and out the dealer in like 5-10 minutes. With no incentive to retain me as a customer. Customer Service for Serge was horrific. Not only did he ask me to call him to give me a lecture about how dealers nowadays don't negotiate (which I already know is bla bla bla, since I have friends who work in this industry and know that this is not true), he kept giving me lies after lies. So no negotation from his part. Quality of Work is N/A, coz didn't end up buying anything. Friendliness for Nicolas was quite good, he did seem to be trying his best and was quite friendly. However, Serge, who asked me to call him to give me a lecture of bla bla bla, was rude and talking loudly, borderline yelling. Overall experience: complete waste of time, no negotiations, no options for asking to pay 2000$ over average black book value price. A dealership that only exists to gauge the most money from customers that don't do their own research. If you're planning anything with them, try somewhere else, it'll probably be better and less of a waste of time. Price: Mentioned in the overall experience section. Completely overprice for no absolute reason. More
