Went in to look around and couldn’t have met a better salesman. If you get the chance to work with Kane you’ll leave there happy and wanting to buy a car from him. This is illegal and my credit score went down badly. Talked to David Castillo, one of their managers but he never got back. Their finance manager ghosted me as well after back to back emails. The sales person called me "selfish" and started putting my children on his text messages. Please be careful with your transactions. They just want your money and will never help you. More

Within 10 days, the vehicle broke d I’m extremely disappointed with my daughter’s experience purchasing a used 2021 Ford edge from this dealership. Within 10 days, the vehicle broke down and required towing back to Edmonton, which took an entire week. To make matters worse, took another week to get any response on the issue and even then it was a struggle to get straight answers or callbacks. We repeatedly requested a copy of the Carfax and Amvic report, but it fell on deaf ears. The lack of transparency and customer service was appalling. The only silver lining is that we were able to get a full refund because it was within the 30 days, but the hassle and the stress weren’t worth it. Unless you enjoy dealing with unresponsive dealerships and potentially faulty vehicles, I would strongly advise against purchasing from this place. BUYER BEWARE!! More

The light came back on within hours, and I’ve been chasing the dealership ever since with no real resolution. Their communication is non-existent unless I follow up multiple times. I’ve spoken with several employees – including sales, finance, and management – and all I've received are excuses, delays, and empty promises. They even tried to push me into more expensive cars or ones with known issues instead of fixing the car I bought. It's been nearly three months and I’ve still never driven the car I’m paying for. The only action that happened was after I filed a complaint with AMVIC. Until then, they were completely unresponsive. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind – stay away from Go Nissan North. More
Showroom very clean, very easy to negotiate, my sales person, Babiel Abraham, was extremely helpful, though new, and made me feel comfortable during my dealings with him. I live about 4 hours from Edmonton I purchased winter tires on rims. When I left I was told they would be there in a couple days. Weeks later I hadn’t heard they were in but planned a trip to Edmonton assuming the tires would be there but they forgot to contact me. I had messaged the salesperson on Friday to ask if they were there. I heard back on Saturday they were not there. I had made the trip for nothing. They were there early the next week. I made another trip to Edmonton to have the tires put on. I received a video that said they had done an inspection on my vehicle. You can clearly see the “mechanic” toss my air filter on top of the motor. I assumed it had been put back in. Weeks later I got the oil changed and my air filter is sitting where the mechanic tossed it. I was advised how terrible this is for the motor. I immediately reached out to the dealer to inform them. They apparently missed my message so I reached out again. This time they did call. I missed it. 16 days later I received an email from them. I replied to the email that I wanted their offer to a resolution in writing. Weeks later I receive a message from AMVIC that I had refused their offer after they tried multiple times to contact me. They tried twice. The phone call I legitimately missed. The email I responded to. I have been told my vehicle “should” be fine. I “should” have been able to get tires installed without an inspection I didn’t ask for or authorize. Now I am left with a vehicle I don’t trust. Not once was I offered an apology. That would have been appreciated. More

Buyer beware, you will be lead to believe you have to buy things you do not need.
