Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2023 Kia seltos on December 2021. I received my seltos November 2022. Before I picked up my vehicle I confirmed that the rust protector I purchased a 2023 Kia seltos on December 2021. I received my seltos November 2022. Before I picked up my vehicle I confirmed that the rust protector and the paint protector that I purchased was already done before I drove it off the lot. Dave from Georgetown Kia confirmed with me that the paint protector and the rust protector had been done on my car and my winter tires were being put on the day I picked up the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle November 9th and was told by Dave the rust protector and paint protector was complete and winter tires were installed. I picked up my brand new vehicle November 9th got home and removed the 4 tires that they put on my back seats to find dirt all over the back seats of my vehicle. Brand new vehicle and I have dirt on my backseats. I contacted the dealership and they told me that was unacceptable it should have never happened…… but it did. On December 20th 2022 I received a phone call from Georgetown Kia asking when I wanted to bring in my vehicle for the rust protector to be installed and to have my paint protection done. I told the girl who called that this service was supposed to be done before I took the vehicle and I confirmed with Dave it was complete and he assured me it was. She said it hasn’t been done and I need to bring my vehicle to Georgetown Kia so they could complete it. It’s so frustrating when I’ve paid for something, the dealership outright lies to me saying it’s installed when it’s not. Maybe being a female they took advantage of the situation knowing I probably wouldn’t check under the hood. Avoid buying from Georgetown Kia. Take your business elsewhere if you can. More
You NEED to understand! Almost every time I/we have some kind of contact with a retail vendor, I get a phone call, and/or a series of emails until I respond. "How did we do? Almost every time I/we have some kind of contact with a retail vendor, I get a phone call, and/or a series of emails until I respond. "How did we do?" Last week after purchasing a $3.00 bolt at CTC, I received 3 email satisfaction surveys. This is a stupid waster of my time and yours. If the management of your company does not already KNOW how good or bad the company performs, your company needs to hire Management who are good enough to figure it out on their own. Let's simplify; stop being a pest. I will call you if I need you or if you mess up. Learn from this. DO NOT email or phone back. Thank you. More
I highly recommend reaching out to Gavin Craig to assist you at Georgetown Kia. Before I even dropped into the dealership, Gavin had the car out front ready for viewing. Chatting with Gavin was easy goin you at Georgetown Kia. Before I even dropped into the dealership, Gavin had the car out front ready for viewing. Chatting with Gavin was easy going. It didn't take long to figure he was knowledgeable, considerate, and more importantly sincere. After discussing the vehicle, pricing, and other options, I was able to strike a fair deal that same day. Thank you Gavin for your assistance! More
Got a Ford fusion 2014 from them. They told me they did the safety check and detailing before giving me the car. However when I checked the detailing was not done; there were shoe pri They told me they did the safety check and detailing before giving me the car. However when I checked the detailing was not done; there were shoe prints on the back seats and golf xxxxx and a dirty hat between the car seat and the trunck. I had to go back to them to get it done. Then I got my service done and tires torqued a few months after all done well. 5months after had to get my winter tires on and the lock nut key was nowhere to be found in the car. I called them and complained and next day went to the dealership in snow driving for an hour and told them that it costed me extra money to get the tires changed as their service people forgot to put the lock nut key back after dealing with the tires. Their answer was that it's been over 30days since the car was bought so they can not compensate it. I waited there for hours to get my issue dealt with and was told that I should send an email and drive back home however even with the email nothing would change. It was my first car from them and clearly the worst dealership experience. More

For anyone that is planning on buying a used car from this dealership. Please read this first.. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, and I have brought business by having a family member als this dealership. Please read this first.. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, and I have brought business by having a family member also a purchase a new Kia Forte from them. However, I just traded in my 2020 Kia Forte EX for a 2020 Honda Civic SI - and it has become the biggest nightmare that I have ever faced. After the second day, every warning light that could possibly pop up, popped up, i experienced limp mode every time I started the vehicle and it was a mess. After the second day of having it, I brought it back to service and was notified that this car was "tuned" which was not to my knowledge prior to purchasing the vehicle. I asked the question specifically before hand if I needed to put premium gas or regular and I was advised i could go with regular. For those of you that don't know.. when a vehicle is performance tuned, it now has to run on premium gas. That is just the first problem, obviously they had no intent in trying to help me remove this "tune". Problem two, after 3 weeks, i start to have issues with over heating and I decide to bring it to a performance honda dealership - I am then notified that this car is "heavily modified" and was pretty much butchered by the previous owner. I then have the car brought back to KIA GEORGETOWN to have this repaired under my warranty - well they were rejected on both warranty claims, and still have tried to finesse me into covering some costs of the repairs. I have not had my vehicle in almost 7 weeks now, and It is still not repaired. They've notified me that I can go into a new kia at either the same amount or higher monthly if I choose.. This was their responsibility, they should have been truthful and honest with the vehicle because it was not sold "AS IS" - and all they have to say is it is just "bad luck" I am sorry but there is no such thing. The cost for repair should have been covered by the dealership and also If I choose to, I should get every cent i paid back and be put into something of equal of my last vehicle (which they sold for profit).. Be very weary when coming to this dealership, DO NOT go into a used vehicle as it is clear they do not care to check these vehicles when they accept them as trade in, their certification is a joke and they will still find a way to give you a hard time. I pray no one has to go through what I am going through right now. It is shameful and clearly unethical. Everything I have stated was also confirmed by OMVIC. So this is clearly a dealership that likes to act unethically. Please see attached photos to prove that this nightmare is not fake More
