A few weeks ago, we had some engine troubles while driving on the highway. We pulled over & had the car towed all the way from Vaughn to this dealership as this is where we bought the car and thought they could be trusted. A few days later, Rodney from service called my wife and said the engine was toast and it was going to be $16,000 to replace. He did not explain to her what actually happened and when I called him, he told me it was a “engine failure” and our fault for not bring the vehicle to them to do our oil changes. He would not give me any real details. Said he would have to go get the tech to get more details and made it seem like a burden to get the answers we deserved. I didn’t understand how you couldn’t tell someone all details when it was such a costly repair. They immediately wanted us to buy another car from them knowing we still had payments on the car. With the little to no information Rodney was giving us, we felt uncomfortable and made the bold choice to just pay the service bill and have the car towed out from their dealership and taken somewhere else. Lucky thing we did!! The 2nd opinion we had, fixed my wifes vehicle for less than $500 without replacing any engine or any of the lies Rodney told us and she has been driving it with NO ISSUES or engine lights for almost 2 weeks now. My wife did tell the sales guys at Kia Georgetown that we fixed the car and didn't need him to find us a new one. We assume he relayed that to his service team because right after that Daniel, their service manager gave her a call and once she told him the car was fixed, he proceeded to tell her it was just a temporary fix and the problem would come back & that she should bring the vehicle back to Kia Georgetown so they could look at it again. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! & I couldn’t believe he actually said that after his team just lied about our vehicle being broken/not repairable and pretty much making us think our financial status was about to get really messed up. My wife is pregnant and we are young family. Kia Georgetown made this a very stressful situation for us. From what we can tell, Kia Georgetown didn't even try see what happened to my wifes car. They ran with a story they thought we would believe and even tried to get our car traded in to them for $500. I called the General Manager, Rob, for Kia Georgetown on June 30th and explained this whole story to him. He said he would talk to his team and find out what went wrong. I have heard nothing from him since that day. We will NEVER come back to this horrible place & truly hope you guys go out of business if this is how you treat your other customers. Hopefully this review saves others from getting screwed by Georgetown Kia! More

Unbelievable how rude, arrogant and classless this character Luis is. I will never recommend this dealership as long a tyrant bully like him is employed there. When I told him I felt he was being slimy for selling me a vehicle and then using fine print and legality to avoid helping me with the cars serious issue. He went into a power trip and asked me to leave and said he would never assist me. He then continued to follow me out of the dealership telling me to get off the property. He also threatened to call the police on me to have me removed. Disgusting behaviour to a customer who just purchased 2 vehicles in a week there. This man Luis is sick and should not be in a supervisory position or left to deal with customers on any level. More
Went in for oil & filter change and to get updated service actions from Kia for our 2021 Seltos. Alfredo Gama the service Manager was friendly, polite and professional.
