Bought my Q5 in (12,000 miles) turned out be a bad gas vapor pump. The replacement part was ordered for a next day delivery. Two days later still no part. I then received a call stating the part was lo vapor pump. The replacement part was ordered for a next day delivery. Two days later still no part. I then received a call stating the part was lost in shipping. (Was it really lost or did someone forget to process the order) Had to reschedule for the following week to get the repair completed. Having only 2 cars it was a bit inconvenient, no offer of a loner vehicle. I will say the service rep was very good to work with. More
