Would have rated zero stars, but option not given. I asked sales person, point blank during test drive, why we should not buy this car, and she told us there was no reason why we shouldn’t get it. Within a month of purchase, we discovered that the radiator hosing needed replacing, there were several oil leaks, and the catalytic converter needed replacement. When I brought this up to the manager, he said that we bought the car as is, and it wasn’t his fault. We spent almost four thousand dollars on repairs for a car we were told was good. More

I contacted Fraser Valley Preowned as they had a 2017 Ford F-150 Limited at an incredible price. I was not particularly interested in a Limited trim as I would have preferred a Lariat plus the colour was Ford F-150 Limited at an incredible price. I briefly spoke to Sharma, and informed him that I would like to apply for in-house financing before viewing the vehicle. While I do like motivated sales representatives, I do not like being misled. Sharma wanted a deposit to be transferred online before the end of the day, without even considering my request for in-house financing. This apparently was because of how high the demand was for vehicle at this price, and with all the potential buyers I might miss out of the opportunity to acquire this vehicle. I informed Sharma that there was a Ford dealership that had a near identical vehicle within the same price range that was closer to me in New Westminster rather than all the way out in Abbotsford. Sharma did not consider that I am the type of person who extensively researches vehicles, dealerships and sales techniques before ever dealing with someone. I informed Sharma that he needed to focus on getting me approved for financing and I would not proceed with any type of deposit. I continued to receive text messages, calls and emails from Sharma for an entire week before he finally realized I was no longer interested. If there was anything positive to say about Fraser Valley Preowned is that they are motivated to sell, quick in their response and they update their website regularly. On the downside, they are unprofessional, unethical and uninformed to believe that the public has zero knowledge about sales. More
