Their service department was super slow and didn't communicate well about status updates. Another costumer had the same issue but they had their car for a week and didn't relay simple things like an a communicate well about status updates. Another costumer had the same issue but they had their car for a week and didn't relay simple things like an air filter needed to be changed. Now she has to bring it back to get it changed out. Just not happy with their service department. Roseville was super efficient and helpful. More
