Salesperson was great! Dealership management was not organized. we came in from the local school system to buy vans for our district and wanted to buy local. We were able t Dealership management was not organized. we came in from the local school system to buy vans for our district and wanted to buy local. We were able to find a nice van in the Floyd lot but was also looking at a used van at the Wytheville lot. The sales person at Floyd gave us a price for the new van and the sales person at Wytheville gave us a sales price for the used van, I asked the management What was the best that they could do for both vans and that we would like to buy more vans in the future from them? After having to wait 24 hours, someone from the management team contacted me after I had to leave messages and gave me a Price more than what the two salesman had gave me. Management stated they could not take any less for the used van in Wytheville so we decided to just get the new van in Floyd. I told management that we would come the following Tuesday when our County sends out checks and bring them a check for the new van. Tuesday morning I get a message from the sales person stating that they charge a lot fee if we did not come and pick up the van. once we got there to pick up the van we had to wait 30 minutes for them to wash it after it had been there for four days knowing we would be there to pick it up on Tuesday . More
