The sales dept I would not recommend at New Hudson. Novi location does a great job 👍🏻. The service dept at New Hudson is hands down a great place. I have been going there 7 years and very satisfied. I made an appointment for my first oil change. Was told at checkin that it would take about an hour, which I thought was reasonable. After waiting more than two hours I inquired at the service des Was told at checkin that it would take about an hour, which I thought was reasonable. After waiting more than two hours I inquired at the service desk & was told my car was ready with an explanation that they were doing double duty at checkout. Handed me the fob and I had to hunt thru the lot to find my car. Car was impeccably cleaned! More
