Gave an estimated time for service of 2 hours. The recall repair to 4 hours and 15 minutes. Never got an update or a check in throughout the process even when the timing far exceeded the estimate. I leased a Silverado and the right headlight assembly doesn’t work. The dealer said GM approved the fix but has no stock. I know as an GM employee that safety is first priority.
