Worked with the jeep mechanic to trouble shoot an issue I caused. Instead of the mechanic listening to my issue, he started replacing parts. $1600 later I have a new throttle body. Still had the issue. When I commented to the service manager lady, were they going to replace parts until it was fixed. Instead of performing troubleshooting the issue? Told me they were unable to read the codes! So why not start there? Speaks volumes to the quality of their mechanics. I will not darken the door of that jeep mechanic dealership office ever again due to their substandard performance.. That mechanic did not fix my jeep. Just started replacing parts. I brought it home and had to correct the issue myself after spending $1600.00 I was told my jeep was fixed ready for pickup. Get Jeep home and still see that I get a reading of 11 V off my battery. REALLY! Minimum should be in the 13v range Mechanic was not available for me to talk with upon the day I was told it was ready. They said it was corrected. I bring the vehicle home and discovered that I can only get 11 volt of charge. According to the gauges and my volt meter. The next step was to replace another part according to the service manager however, that was not done. I accuse them of just replacing parts to try and fix the issue, instead of working like a real mechanic and finding the issue which I caused. The next I hear was jeep fixed, but turning over a “fixed” vehicle with only 11.3 volt at the battery is not fixed in my opinion. There is more to this story I’m sure..I felt the mechanic had an attitude. I get vehicle home and had to finish the mechanical corrections myself. What was the correction, discovered the positive cable to the primary battery was behind the engine bay between the firewall and engine. I get my vehicle done elsewhere now if needed. Lesson learned. Do your research before using the jeep mechanic at this jeep dealership. My issue is with the service manager and mechanic who worked on my jeep. Not the dealership. More

I came in a little bit on a whim based on a sales event they advertised through Facebook. I thought I might try to get something newer than what I have for the same amount of money I'm paying now (overpric they advertised through Facebook. I was there a while, but they did everything they could possibly do to make sure I was comfortable and that I got what I wanted. Actually it was the worse experience of my life at this dealership location. I am going to share my experience on 09/02/2023. I arrived at the dealership at 09:23am, and my Salesman was Tom. Well, I said TOM, I'm hoping to trying anything, I'm the type of person who likes what I like.Simple, straight forward! Well Tom proceeded to get the 1st vehicle to do a test run, it was a Ford mini Escape or something, they said it was just traded, however Tom open the door from the vehicle and you could smell the urine and stool smell immediate from the vehicle. Also, under the driver seat, I found a MALE URINAL. The seats were covered with so much animal hair that you could actually see the small hair partials on the seats and flooring. Tom said, this car has not been cleaned yet but just test drive it. I said, Tom I can not even smell this car another second 😒 🤢🤮. I said, not interested, next vehicle please sir. By that time I felt very disrespect because why in earth would you show anything that nasty vehicle. He said, okay fine 👌🏾. The next vehicle was a Jeep Renegade, I said okay not too bad but I'll test drive it. Well as soon as i started driving down the street, my sister stated she seen a roach in the vehicle near the gear shift. We immediately, drove back to the dealership ship. My flesh was crawling 😢. I said, I need to leave this dealership but as my heart rate increased, 💔 other sales man and Tom apologized and ask for another chance. Meanwhile, they was consulting with the bank on what my price ranges could be once approved. The third vehicle they suggested was a 22' Nissan Altima, I said okay I'll test drive it, I'm not really a Nissan person but I was open to test driving it. The test drive went well. After arriving back to Tom desk, another salesmen came over 5mins and asked if I was wanting to put money down? I said not today. Well, he stated how long I had been employed with my current, I stated since March. He stated he but since April on my loan application, I said yall can do that? Why? The Saleman said, just let him do his job. I said wow 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨. He came back and suggested that the bank offer me 870mthly for the car. My heart drop, I stated I can not afford that and that's okay I'll wait to purchase another car. He said, wait let's figure it out. Then he said , I needed to get some auto credit because right now I have none and they also offered me a "credit program", which means I didn't have to make a car payment for TWO months and they would give me $245.00 for three months. I said oh, okay. This is new. He said, I only had to do it for 6 months after that I can refinance for lower payments monthly. I asked them can I get that agreement in writing that they will send the loan company the $245.00 dollars, he said, it was in the loan application that's the reason why I didn't have a payment for the first TWO months. I said, okay. As I start to sign my first document at the Salesman desk, he said go get your registration for your car. I said okay, as I was headed to get the registration, he said nevermind we are not trading! I said wait what?! My understanding yall where. Few minutes later they told me that they would not be able to trade me vehicle because it's UPSIDE-DOWN, of course I knew that, that's why I came because of the deal that was all over FACEBOOK platform. Well, that was the worse mistake of my life. So they printed my credit report out and showed me it, I currently had zero AUTO Credit, reason being because when I refinance on my current vehicle the loan company put it on a PERSONAL LOAN, I had no idea but okay. I went outside to call my father and grandpa because I had a anxiety attack and crying because I was in a trap with my current car and now I have to get another car to gain auto credit. Well, 10mins later, the Salesman came back and said, it's only 6 months. But I told him that I have kids, I can not afford 870 monthly. More
