Terrible experience with the financing department. They kept pushing the extended warranty which I told them I didn't want but finally agreed to it, which I regretted the next day. I will NEVER retrun. I bought my 2016 Vette from them and have always taken it back to them for servcie. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10am this morning. My "Advisor" wasn't there yet and I had to wait 20 minutes to even talk to someone in the Service department. I told them I made the apointment so I could wait while the service was being done. I was told that it would be 1 1/2 hours before they could even get to it. I left pissed. I have been planning on buying a new C8 Vette from them but that will no longer be the case. More

Horrible lying dealership. Ofcourse the part needed to be ordered, which took them 2 months( they actually never ordered the part) , the service advisor said it was no big deal, you could drive from Florida to California and you would have no problem, however the engine light stayed on and the engine failed, I ended up having have to get a new engine , costing 7000.00 dollars at Wayne Thomas Chevy in asheboro North Carolina, because I was working a contract job there at the time.
