I am continually impressed with their Service and Parts departments for the quality of their work and especially the level of customer service I receive. A special thanks to their service advisor Chris Scott. I appreciate that Chris always takes the time to thoroughly explain any issues found with my vehicles, what repairs or maintenance should be performed and when it needs to be done. He also often goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule and, if needed, he will always arrange for alternate transportation for me. This level of service is one of the main reasons I have recommended Erinwood to my friends and family, and would certainly do so for anyone else looking for a place to service their vehicle. More
