Above and beyond...again! I purchased a 2018 F150 from Addy in February, my second F150 from Erinwood. Last week, I contacted Addy with a simple question about the warranty. He dug deeper into my inquiry and when he found out I was having an electrical issue, he arranged the service appointment on my behalf for 2 days later, much sooner than I was able to arrange on my own. He also arranged and paid for me to have an F150 as a rental and told me to call him if I had any issues on the day of service...even though it was his day off! A sales person arranging my service appointment-- wow! I can't say enough good things about Addy and Erinwood. Thank you, once again, for all of your help and for exceeding my expectations. More

Great experience! I had started my hunt to slowly replace my F150 with something newer. After looking at many other brands, I decided to stay with Ford as I have alway I had started my hunt to slowly replace my F150 with something newer. After looking at many other brands, I decided to stay with Ford as I have always had a dependable vehicle from them and having purchased 2 other vehicles from Erinwood Ford in the past. I was quickly greeted by Lukasz who was able to assist me through all my questions, and put together a package for a new F150 that would suit my needs. No pressure to purchase, which allowed me to calmly make a decision. Once I had made the decision to go through with the purchase, Robyn was very helpful in getting the appropriate financing in place that worked for my budget and was able to even find a few accessories that also fit into my budget. Missing winter tires I made an appointment to have my winter tires, which had been stored by Erinwood Ford, installed. When I arrived they could not find my tires in their shop although there was indications that the tires had been delivered a few days before. After being assured that my tires would be found I left the shop and waited two days for a call. When the call came it was from Shawn Moon, the Assistant Service Manager, who indicated that the my tires could not be found however he stated that new steel wheels and brand new winter tires where being prepared and that they would be installed that afternoon. Service Advisor Gillian Motie and Shawn Mood took a negative situation and turned it into positive experience which reinforced my belief that the staff at Erinwood Ford is the best in the business . Once at the service desk again I was given the time and attention to ensure the proper maintenance issues were being complete..they even went as far as giving me the opportunity to discuss with the mechanic my concern as I was preparing to take the F150 on a road trip!! He explained everything and put my mind at ease..just some minor warranty work and I would be on the road to Saratoga Springs, NY! Then the shuttle service to and from Square One, while my truck was being serviced was first class!! Polite and fun drives.!! A big shout out to the Service Team! More
