I bought new tires for my Lexus and after installation I asked what warranty is provided by the dealership and was told that they provide absolutely no warranty and that I have to buy one from them. The onl asked what warranty is provided by the dealership and was told that they provide absolutely no warranty and that I have to buy one from them. The only warranty I have is from the manufacturer. Never expected this from a Lexus dealership. Other service from them may be good but next time I'm going to Costco for tires. More
