I received poor and unprofessional service from Elite BMW in Ottawa. Do not think to go to this dealership as you will be disappointed and robed for these reasons: On 2024-09-03 I called Elite BMW in Otta in Ottawa. Do not think to go to this dealership as you will be disappointed and robed for these reasons: On 2024-09-03 I called Elite BMW in Ottawa and I spoke with parts advisor regarding replacing Axcel CV Boot. He makes me buying the part and asked me my credit card without mentioning that the part is not refundable. Then he transferred me to service to book an appointment and replace the part for day after 2024-09-04 at 10h00am. I spoke with service advisor over the phone and he let me confirm my order without diagnosing the issue in the car. He said that the conventional charge will be between one and two hours for labor since I already paid for the part ordered. On 2024-09-04 at 10h45 am I arrived at Elite BMW counter and the service advisor said the following: « We will charge you one hour only for the labor since you ordered and paid the part ». Then he printed a document and he makes me sign it without providing me a copy. Later, I received a text message on my cellular saying the following : « The labor time to replace the front right outer axle boot would be 3 hours. The axle needs to be removed to do the job. This would coast 537+ tax. You also save 15% because the vehicle is 15 years old. So it would come to $515.79 ». on 2024 09 05 at 10h23 am Elite BMW sent me an online invoice of $642.67. Although, I requested pick up service, They never reached me to offer pick up service. In fact, they reach me to send me an online invoice. These unprofessional actions of forcing the increasing price two times from Elite BMW dealership demonstrate lack of client satisfaction, lack of integrity and dishonesty which breach the code of ethic contrary to the law and OMVIC policies along with consumer Protection Act. More
